Food Testing

Microbiological examination of food samples for various types of bacteria including:

  • USP 2022: Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella, E. coli
  • USP 2021: Total Aerobic Microbial Count, Total Combined Molds and Yeast Count
  • USP 62: Pseudomonas aeruginosa
Water testing

Microbiological examination of water samples for:

  • Coliforms
  • E. coli
  • Heterotrophic Plate Count
  • Additional bacteria upon request
Environmental testing

To check sanitation level in your plant, the following tests will give you an indication on the microorganisms present in the environment.

  • Air plates for Total Bacteria Count and/or Yeast/Molds
Consulting & Training

On-site consultation on avoidance of microbial cross-contamination and biological hazards. Food Safety program set-up and assistance.
