Food Testing
Microbiological examination of food samples for various types of bacteria including:
- Salmonella (Rapid)
- Listeria spp. (Rapid presence/absence, enumeration)
- E. coli (including 0157:H7)
- Staphylococcus aureus
- Total Bacteria Count
- Clostridium, Bacillus, Pseudomonas
- Yeast/Molds
- Heat Resistant Molds
- Lactic Acid Bacteria
- Enterobacteriaceae

Natural Health Products Testing
- USP 2022: Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella, E. coli
- USP 2021: Total Aerobic Microbial Count, Total Combined Molds and Yeast Count
- USP 62: Pseudomonas aeruginosa

Water testing
Microbiological examination of water samples for:
- Coliforms
- E. coli
- Heterotrophic Plate Count
- Plus other bacteria

Environmental testing
To check sanitation level in your plant, the following tests will give you an indication on the microorganisms present in the environment.
- Air plates for Total Bacteria Count and/or Yeast/Molds

Consulting & Training
On-site consultation on avoidance of microbial cross-contamination and biological hazards. Laboratory set-up assistance including selecting the appropriate equipment and procedures for specific microbiological tests and laboratory personnel training. We can also offer microbiological seminars.
